About the episode: Since im Fluttershy and Princess Luna fan, the latter dominating my pony love obviously ^^ and I like all the ponies after that but next would be like RD or AJ. Then Twilight and last - Rarity.

(Spoiler Alert)
So I cannot say this was an episode I like very much, since it is about Rarity entirely but I was surprised to see this new trend. That is focusing on one pony with even not showing the rest of the ponies, as well as now that after episode 2, somepony different from Twlilight and alone writing a letter to Celestia. There should be episodes with them together again but I dont read the next episodes info to avoid spoiling.

The part where it looked like Rarity disguised as AJ, I totally didn't notice, was a nice surprise. It was a pleasant episode just not for my fave ponies, that's what im saying

I wouldn't call it an improvement if Twilight isn't doing it

But yes, that's the road they're going down now. Lesson Zero opened it up so all the ponies can report to Celestia, and now Twilight doesn't have to be funneled into plots she doesn't belong in. We'll see how it goes. But no pony can replace Twilight's skills at oral reports.

Rainbow Dash or Applejack. Dashie never had a mental breakdown, just acute stage fright. Applejack, besides that time she was overworked and admiring her reflection in a vase, is the same. Although I honestly don't see anything that *could* cause them to go over the edge.

Besides the Mane 6, Apple Bloom is probably next. All these ponies are crazy.

Yup, her original name was Ditzy Doo until the fanbase renamed her Derpy because of the animation error. As far as I know, Lauren and the writers haven't acknowledged the name Derpy Hooves, so her name is still officially Ditzy Doo. But they certainly are keeping the eyes

Even if the entire season was made before ep.1 aired. the fanbase saw the crosseyed derpy in episode 1, before episode 11 even mentioned the never-seen ditzy doo. So im not really sure where you're pulling this out of. but her name is not official. since (and watch the vid now) they simply gesticulate offscreen when saying that name. and when the birds return. Apologies for the blatant speculations, coming off as facts. Wasn't that smart of me.

Looking into it, she isn't referenced as Ditzy but neither is she as Derpy. Though the creators do mark her down as "Derpy" in art, so I guess so. From Lauren Faust:

Seeing as how this was posted after Episode 11, it would seem that while Derpy isn't Ditzy, neither is the purple haired pony you point out, since she was never created, just named (if that's what you're suggesting). They both have the same cutie mark though, go figure. If it's true that Lauren planned to create a pony based off Derpy, or planned to name Derpy to Ditzy in order to introduce her as a character, then I was wrong and right at the same time.

Yes, there are high quality pony models already for which you need permission to use, there are also lower quality models that can be used freely. Either way the problem is no one is willing to animate anything.
