the mesh is awesome but I dont like the textures that much. The weapon looks really blurry and I'm not sure about the naga texture because you already used them for Qetzual(even if you used the green one now).

I have a feeling that the kodo (or one of the salamanders/lizards/viziers) would be a better choice of texture, but the mesh looks great.

I improved the club and horns UW.
I added nails on feet.
I won't change to naga texture.

I think, with the club as flashy as it is, yes, plates might be a little over-the-top. But hey, you only live once, it's worth a shot.

Spikes on the tail, definitely. You can always use the original non-spiked version for a civilian or somesuch.

This is a very amazing piece of art! I really love it, it's awesome. Although the low-resolution texture on it's weapon(the skull part) is quite distracting, I'd suggest you use another texture for it. Good work!
