Hmm, 2 days? Not 7?

Err and will triggers that are not used in the final version, but exist for a later one give a lower score?

Just kidding. I'm still totally in.
Seems like it's been a domino effect of people backing out in the last couple of days. Come on, people! Imagine what you can do in 7 days, especially if you've started your map with some decent ideas already. The theme couldn't be more open unless it was completely unrestricted.

Did you test the map before uploading it, Blazing_Legion? There's a strange bug right at the beginning, making the map unplayable for me. The camera is locked, facing a unit and nothing happens.

Well you did say the start of your map in your post, but you should probably wait to upload a map WIP until it's actually playable for at least a few minutes of gameplay. Screenshots are the better way to go in the meantime. It's nice to see that you have a cinematic intro, though :ogre_haosis:

Demo Map

Name:Block your enemy(looking for a better one i guess)

History:
The Statue of Aszune is in danger, the world acquired the knowledge of its power.
And they are gonna try to steal it from our city, steal the blesses of our city.
But the magic imbued in the Statue releases a curse in anyone who threatens.
When the curse is ready it kills the enemy, but it takes a while.
So your task is to block you enemy with spells or you body until that time comes.

Current version stats:
Current 2 heros playable
Only three spells per hero
5 waves
known bug with wind machine(if anyone can take look, i really dont know the
prob)
Open source

Future version for the conte so i host:
3 heros(i ll try 4, but dont know if i can make in time)
20 waves(4 triggered bosses)
5 spells per hero

This is my first contest so i hope i can get in top 3 =D
Anyway , give critics about the map xD
If u liked the idea tell me , i ll be very happy

Pretty unique map you got there. No wonder you didn't want to give too much out about it before :ogre_hurrhurr: The Druid seems easier and more fun to play as, but the Tinker has some good spells, too (especially the tank). I can't wait to see what else you have in store for the map.

It's my first contest, too! High five.

Edit: Just out of curiosity, are you adding in ultimate skills which are stronger or more useful than the normal ones?

Err b-b-but I've entered the contest only because it's two weeks before my exam. So if you extend it others will have more time that I can't use. Conspiracy! :p

Uhm if anybody feels like adding more comments to my map.. or I'll just post another wip soon. Gotta test it in MP before the deadline, I bet it'll be totally too easy/hard/unplayable.

Just fixed the tinker spell , wind machine =0 now its easier with him =D

Yay for a deadline extension! More screenshots too, but no playable map this time, because I'm working on balancing stats/skill damage. I think I'll also add in a boss HP bar. I just realized how annoying it is to have to click them to check their HP.

Thanks, and yup... this is going to be an interesting contest. I'm glad we got extra time to put a little more work into polishing our maps.

What did you mean about the destructible bug? Did you mean unit models don't work as destructibles? You might be using one that has a lightweight model. If you set the "has lightweight model" to false, it should work.

By the way, I can't seem to get your new demo map to show up in Warcraft or opened so I can test it from the editor.
