Hero Name - INT
Abilities:



Power manipulation - No target
Changes the stats of hero, swaping randomly the stats and/or adding bonuses to some random stats, even randomly changing the amount of a stat you get when leveling up. Them more level, them more radical the change is.
Range: -
Cooldown: - seconds
Notes: This spell cost no mana since randomness. I would not use this EVER.


Dark shield - No Target
Protects the hero from incoming attacks for AGI seconds. Shield breaks and deals INT damage to caster if STR or more damage was dealt to hero. Hero reflects 10% of damage back to damager, rest of damage is lost.
Range: -
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Notes: Some kind of stat based mana shield. Am I doing this alright?


Dark note - Unit Target
Deals AGI damage to target, slows down by INT for X sec and silences for STR seconds.
Range: 500
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Notes: Usefull to defend from mele damage, keep distance


Dark attack - No Target
Next attack made before INT seconds will deal STR damage to attacked unit and burn AGI mana.
Range: -
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Notes: Another one


Ultimate:
Night of masacre - Area Target
Turns nighttime. Deals INT+AGI OR INT+STR or AGI+STR depending on which is the highest stat. After X seconds nightime ends and units that were in area will get INT or STR or AGI extra damage.
Range: 1000
Cooldown: 300 seconds
Notes: Nukeeer ulti

Effect: 4 different boots each with their own specialty which suits the role of AoS. I apologize if i'm making a terrible request.

Restrictions: I need 4 different boots in the game, one for chasing, support, saving a friend and the last is for you to decide. Make it unique :). I already have one named Windrunners (high ms and slows enemies around you) so try not to clash with this one.

Oh and DJ, i would appreciate it if you could help me with the lore of the Puppeteer, Sea Witch, Returned, Shadow Weaver and the upcoming Treant Titan since your lore are all so interesting. Do take your time though.

Abilities:



Pircing rock - Unit Target
SHoots a rock to target that will deal X damage and break and more small rocks that deal 10% less damage to nearest flying units.

Notes: A nuke anti-air


Rock rain - No Target
Passive. Gives a X% chance to make rocks rains in a small area around last attacked unit. Rocks will only damage ground units.

Nethoran the Faceless, the Dark Puppeteer - AGI
Abilities:



Puppet Mastery - Innate Passive
The last unit that Nethoran kills fills the soul of his own puppet, increasing his own STR and INT stat by a portion of the maximum Health of the last unit killed, however it may only take effect after every minute. Additionally, killing a hero increases his own Movement Speed for a short duration.
Range: 0
Cooldown: 0 seconds
Notes: Scales STR and INT bonuses.


Sever - Unit Target
Nethoran launches his own puppet at the target unit and slices the target unit, dealing 5 small bursts of damage based on his own STR stat. Nethoran cannot attack while his puppet is attacking the target enemy unit.
Range: 900-1200
Cooldown: 14-20 seconds
Notes: Scales STR multiplier and range. The STR used as damage is type Physical Damage and should be relatively low per burst with a total of 5 bursts.


Soul Crush - Point Target
Nethoran distills the essence of his puppet and fires it off at a straight line, crushing his enemies souls at the process. This deals damage based on his INT stat. Additionally, if an enemy hero has a lower AGI than Nethoran, they are slowed.
Range: 900-1200
Cooldown: 16 seconds
Notes: Scales range and INT multiplier. The damage is reduced depending on how far the puppet clone has traveled.


Voidal Grounds - No Target
Nethoran creates a sphere of nothingness which increases his own capabilities, increasing his STR and INT stat by a set amount. However, if his STR or INT stat goes beyond a set amount, Nethoran is slowed.
Range: 0
Cooldown: 25 seconds
Notes: Scales bonuses. The value of the set amount is up to you, but I recommend that it is somewhere between 100 - 150, but cannot be scaled!


Ultimate:
Torment - Unit Target
Nethoran enchants a dark ritual which makes his puppet take the form target hero, increasing his own primary stat by a portion of the target heroes primary stat. Additionally, if Nethorans STR or INT goes equal to or above a certain amount, he gains 100% Lifesteal or Spell Vampirism depending on the capped stat. Lasts for a moderate duration.
Range: 500
Cooldown: 40-65 seconds
Notes: Scales amount of stat stolen. Has a short delay before casting and is best coupled with Split. Spell Vampirism is a concept I got from League of Legends which is like Lifesteal but instead of happening through attacks, it happens through spells.


Be noted that this hero has an equal amount of STR and INT growth with both as the highest values and AGI as the lowest. His primary stat is AGI to remove biases between either stat.

I'll try and finish up their lore by say a week or two.

Also, if you ask requests from me, it's better off if you get item inspirations from League of Legends (where I take a lot of my inspiration from) instead of DotA.

Suggested Model(s): Elven Sorcerer
Description: A good anti-intelligence hero. Focuses on preventing enemies from casting by lowering their Int and mana pool.

Battle Stats:
Damage: 44-58
Range: 600
Armor: 2
Strength: 17+ 1.3 per level
Agility: 16 + 1.9 per level
Intelligence: 21 + 2.5 per level

Speed:
Attack Rate: Average
Movement Speed: Average

Brain Dead - Unit Target
The Evil Genius asks the target unit a difficult question that only those who are smarter than him can answer and punishing those have lower intelligence than him to suffer Brain Dead(stun). Those who can answer the question suffers a major headache, losing % of their Max Mana based on the difference between the target's Intelligence and Arvin's Intelligence.

Lecture - Hero Target
The Evil Genius attempts to teach the target unit. However, the target unit does not learn anything, and will continue to lose an Intelligence per second and transferred to Arvin. The effect will wear off if the target casts a spell but it will receive xx damage per remaining duration of the buff. Intelligence sapped is restored to the hero after xx seconds.

Mind Tricks - Passive
The Evil Genius disperses an aura around him, playing mind games on his opponents who are less intelligent. Reduces enemies damage by xx and armor by xx for every xx Intelligence difference.

(Ultimate) Brainstorm - Hero Target
The Evil Genius lets loose his brain power on a single unit, stopping it in its tracks and dealing xx damage. If the target unit is Brain Dead while Brainstormed, the target unit will receive double base damage. Deals bonus damage per xx Intelligence difference between the target and Arvin.

Technical difficulties:
- Active skills focuses only on one unit.
- He is kinda paper.
- Relies on increasing his Intelligence to maximize his skills

Advantages/Specialties:
- Can be annoying to enemies, especially those with low Int
- Good disabler of casters
- Good synergy of skills

Soul shoot - Enemy/Ally/not self Target
Shoots a special arrow to target, this arrow is covered from the escence of the archers soul. If target was an enemy, that enemy will feel the hate of this power to him, getting slowed down by X% for y sec and silenced for Y. If target was an enemy, it will feel heros embrance and get bonus X% movement speed fot Y sec and Z bonus mana for X sec.
Range: 700
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Notes: Double use spell


Nightmare shoot - Line Target
Shoots an arrow covered by fear in line, deals X MANA damage and leaves unit in fear buff (they are uncontrolable and move inpredictable) for Y sec. Deals more mana damage them more negative buffs heros has. reduces duration of those buffs by Z%.
Range: #
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Notes: OP


Piercing arrow - Area Target
Shoots an arrow to target area. Pierces any unit in that area, dealing X damage and slowing down X% for Y sec. The unit that was in the place were arrow hitted the ground will get empaled, loosing 30% to 50% health and getting stuned for X sec.
Range: 1200
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Notes: Can be casted if you don't see targeted area.


Ultimate:
Summon book - No Target
Opens up summon book. Can only summon 1 unit at a time. this spell has 3 levels.
Range: -
Cooldown: 260 seconds
Notes: Has 3 lvls only if you want so


Summon imp - point Target
Summons an imp at target point. imp remains invulnerable and can't move for X sec, after that, it will blow up nearest enemy hero, dealing 5% of currents caster mana as damage and stunning for X sec.
Range: 1200
Cooldown: 260 seconds
Notes: Combo with far arrow. Get on lvl 1 of summon spell


Darkness golem - No Target
Creates a golem in front of hero. When ever a bad buff should affect hero, golem will get the buff instead. If a fear arrow is shooted throught this golem, it will get all the buffs that golem has + buffs that hero may have (negative buffs). Golem lasts X sec.
Range: -
Cooldown: 260 seconds
Notes: Obious combo. lvl 2 summon.


Dragon born - Area Target
Creates a volcano in targeted area. After X seconds, a dragon emerges from it, stunning every unit in a middle area around volcano. THem volcano startes to make the usual volcano effect. Volcano and dragon last X sec. When ever dragon is targeted by soul shoot, it will take heroes place instead of usual effect (and hero will take dragons place)
Range: 700
Cooldown: 260 seconds
Notes: Strange escape. lvl 3 summon (FUUS ROH DAH!! nah kidding

These were the words of Tichondrius, the Returned One. On the assault at the World Tree, as the general of the legion, he fought a long and arduous fight, only to be killed by Illidan the Betrayer who consumed the Skull of Gul'dan. While many thought this was the end of him, it was actually not.

Tichondrius met with an entity known as the Returner who was said to be also a forgotten Nathrezim from the Twisting Nether, one of the first Nathrezim to have existed. The Returner was known for his notorious ability to be able to return people back to the material plane from the Twisting Nether by harnessing the innate magic and chaos in it. The Returner was able to send back Tichondrius to the material plane for one time in order for him to deal with Illidan once and for all.

There has been rumors of an Unbroken Draenei who roams the lands in search of a worthy battle to fight. This Draenei roamed the whole of Azeroth for a worthy battle, from the clans to the Third War, but she never found something good to fight for. However, perhaps this one battle can be this battle she has been longing for. This Unbroken Draenei was named Lythra.

Lythra always had a longing for battle. As a young Draenei, Lythra and her mentor always had these long battles which lasted for days which were grand affairs other Draenei watched. They executed it with so much skill, technique and elegance that it eventually became watched by non-Draenei as well and became a popular Draenei dance. However, her master eventually passed away and Lythra finds someone to dance her blade with in order to make her feel joy once more, and she has found this when she fought Illidan. After walking straight up to Illidan and challenging him, Lythra felt the thrill of battle once more and so did Illidan. He eventually recruited her in an effort to use her abilities in the oncoming war and allow Lythra to finally dance with her blade once more.

Murkshadow - Agility

Lore:
Murkshadow, better known as the Dreameater. A notorious mur'gul known for his magical abilities, his swift attacks and his large fin. Stories say that it is the fin that makes him so powerful. As more dominant mur'gul males have larger fins, Murkshadow's fin exceeds the usual maximum. This extreme dominance is said to be magical, allowing Murkshadow to inspire fear into the souls of his enemies causing them to be unable to perceive the real world as it truly is. His loyalty tho, lies with the naga, as his ancestors before him served them, so shall he. But nonetheless, he should not be seen as a trustworthy ally because he might only be waiting for the right moment to betray his masters.
When the war in outland was merely beginning, Murkshadow was sent by Queen Azshara herself to bolster the ranks of the Illidari. He accepted in order to test his abilities on something other than naga or sea dwellers. Now he fights alongside many of Illidan's minions in order to train his abilities and reveal his dark plans.

Auroth - Strength

AoS

Lore:
Once a highly-revered guardian of Azshara, during the time of war Auroth became a general of the naga. Unlike most of the male naga, he is also adept in hydromancy, which proves to be extremely useful during battles. An exceptional fighter, relying on a precise combination of his abilities, his raw strength combined with his, altough minor, magical abilities is proven deadly. Altough not the best tactician, he was declared a general due to his enormous ego. His general status is merely there to keep him satisfied and his pride unharmed. Altough, a formidable opponent, he can be easily provoked and lose concentration. Because of that, he often does things to prove his pride, no matter the consequences or the casualties.
Auroth, altough a skilled general, proves better as a fighter himself. Thus, he became a part of the Illidari in order to go down in history as a key figure in the Battle for Outland. Unlike others, he fights for himself and himself only, which will often prove to be deadly for those who are doomed to fight with him.

Enthead blooms the flowers that grow in him, releasing a healing aroma, preventing negative buffs to be added and removes all negative buffs for a short duration.
Range: 0
Cooldown: 18-30 seconds
Notes: Scales negative buff prevention duration.


Leaf Whirl - Unit Target
Enthead creates a whirl of leaves around the target unit, which in turn immobilizes Enthead. Leaf Whirl inflicts a set damage every second for 3 seconds. Leaf Whirl deals damage as long as the distance between Enthead and the target unit is less than 1200 points. If the target unit hit by Leaf Whirl goes beyond 1200 points, the bond is broken and Enthead is immobilized for the remaining time.
Range: 1200
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Notes: Scales set damage.


Growth - On/Off Target
Upon activation, Entbeard gets a Growth Counter every few damage dealt to him. When Entbeard reaches beyond the Growth Counter threshold, this ability becomes an Active No Target ability. Upon casting, Entbeard removes all of his disables and increases his Magic Resistance and Armor by a moderate amount and increasing himself in size which slows him in the process.
Range: 0
Cooldown: 0 seconds
Notes: Scales damage needed to obtain a Growth Counter and damage reduction. Slow is good for a slow.

Wood Hammer - No Target
Upon activation, Entbeard makes his arms as logs, making him have Splash Damage and increasing his attack damage by a large percent. This also increases his aggressiveness and makes him have recoil damage, taking 5% of all damage per attack.
Range: 0
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Notes: Scales attack damage bonus, aggro, and Splash radius.


This makes him a great Early Game hero due to the natural potency of his skills and makes him a late game support on the latter game.

The backstory is basically:
Well, it's an AoS map where Illidan's control over Outland is weakening when the fel orcs are united by Magtheridon again and broke free from Illidan's control. the war is between the Burning Crusade (Illidan) and the Burning Legion (Magtheridon).?? The war consisted of Blood Elves, Draenai and Naga who serves Illidan's side and Fel Orcs, demons and Night Elves (Maive's Watchers) who serves Magtheridon's side. Both sides rally heroes to face each other (like Dota).

Also I'm feeling a little nervous about publishing this map when it's finished. Maybe it's because almost everyone here is kinda sick of DotA.

I am currently in the process of writing something about Dota. I'll be sure to link it to you when I am done.

To create the thread, click the New Thread and fill up the textboxes. Suggestion - write a rough draft of your thread on the pastebin first and slowly work on it to prevent from rushing. It is important to market your mod but be sure you have enough stuff to market asides from just a concept. Check popular threads (Click the replies in the map development section) and take note on what kind of information they give. Be sure to give only the BARE ESSENTIALS. Nobody needs to know all the items in the mod, just an idea of what kind of items.

New Hero Request

Seems like business here is kinda slow. Time to spice it up a bit :D

1. Shapeshifter

Primary Attribute: Agility
Map Theme: Warcraft
Map Kind: AoS
Number of Spells: 4
Number of Normal Spells: 3
Number of Ultimates: 1
Restrictions: Has this ultimate to take over the body of a target hero, controlling it muting the player from talking. It also leaves an illusion in place which can cast spells to cause confusion. Everyone will think the targeted hero is still an ally until he begins hurting his own friends with his own spells. I need 3 spells which match this ultimate while making him balanced. Feel free to break this restriction if you happen to find a better ultimate to replace this one. It should be a very sneaky bastard in causing confusion, might destroy an entire team if he takes over a vital hero (say he takes Crystal Maiden and goes ultimate in the middle of her friends) and causes enemies to go "WTF!!" One last thing, he needs to have one skill for jungling.

Hey guys, I need help with the lore of a new project of mine and I thought of making it as a request here. :)

Little Map Info/Name: Lost Memories

Map Theme: Medieval/Warcraft

Map Kind: SRPG

Map Setting: First part is a creepy/haunted forest then the player would enter an cave. Some kind of ruins will be in that cave.

Map Lore: The protagonist is seeking shelter from a threat, and come across a place to hole up. They find that they have stumbled across something dangerous and must then deal with it in order to enjoy a little rest. The shelter contains the cause of the threat the protagonist was trying to avoid.

The map would start when the protagonist wakes up in the forest without any memories other than being attacked by the threat. The protagonist will only recover his memories in the end of the story when he finished the game


Additional Info: I'm still deciding what the "threat" would be. I'm just going to send a copy of my terrain to whoever will deal with this request so that he/she could suggest a fitting antagonist.

Restrictions: The protagonist would use this unit model.
