You don't need to try to not follow Dota. Again, you need to use a player's expectations to your advantage. A MOBA player would expect a map similar to that of Dota. That's why FPS games always used the WASD control scheme because the player is already familiar with it.

Your map went from top to bottom while traditionally it goes from bottom left to top right, mainly because going that direction allows for more space and an ease of movement. Your middle lane is tight and unappealing compared to the left and right lanes. The left and right also have rough corners which do not allow for an ease of movement. Having the traditional format allows for an easier experience not only for the middle laners but all.
I am known to complain a lot even though I don't do anything to justify that.
Okay, but I'm not sure If I can do multiple buffs for the hero but yeah, I could try doing it that if the hero has two target, his buff will should the number of targets he has instead of actually two buffs. So, just making sure, each target has that 15 seconds right and the agi bonus from one of them will be removed but if the other still has that 15 sec, agi bonus from him will stay?
BTW, does Hell Raze's cooldown activate when the user dies?
Sure, I'll try some, but I won't be able to do some of the others either. It's either they're just damn hard (for GUI) or there's just too many. xP
EDIT: Yeah, there seems to be ALOT that I can't do in GUI. Even in VJass. There's just the things that aren't really possible for WC3 without doing something insanely huge.
Chains of Hell - Hard but doable
Ignition - Doable
Demon's Fire - Doable (Does ALL agi bonus removed after the 15 sec duration?)
Hell Raze - Doable (I can make it activate on death but not sure if the cooldown would apply)
Puppet - Very hard, If not impossible to do in GUI.
Dimension Hop - Very hard, If not impossible to do in GUI.
Shout of Despair - Can't detect the armor of a unit so it shall be -25. Not sure if the armor type conversion is possible.
Dance of Death - Very hard but doable.
