any good spells to do

A spell that made a unit accelerate in movement speed when damaged. Said speed would be added dynamically.

So basically instead of adding 50 movement speed for 2 seconds it would add 10 movement speed ever 0.1 seconds. Which meant the full speed would take 0.5 seconds to achieve.

By accelirating does this mean it should look like it is sprinting

This is what i've got.Let's call it Poison Mushrooms.This abillity should be based on a ward-like one.You cast a mushroom which lasts X seconds,while lasting it spreads itself creating new mushrooms around itself.Also if an unit passes near them gains a debuff when expires creates a new mushroom on the place it expired.

The mushroom debuff could damage ,slow ,reduce AS ,etc.It could also stack so the more mushrooms the greater the danger.

Description: When cast, pull the marked enemy unit towards the caster, pull range are depends on the number of the marks, maximum of 500 range. Absorb the target's 80 + (35 x Number of Marks) hitpoints and give it to the caster, remove all number of Death Marks. Cooldown: 5 seconds

Name: Explode
Ability Type: Instant
Ability Targets: No Target
Description: When cast, explodes the death mark on enemy unit instantly. Dealing 100 + (20 x Number of Marks) damage to enemy unit, and deals half of the damage done to nearby enemy units in 300 radius, Decreases the Number of Marks until 1 left. Cooldown: 7 seconds

Description: does 50/100/150 damage to the enemy units surrounding the castor (via trigger) plus decreases their attack damage by 20% (using a modified howl of terror ability)
Extra1: Essentially you modify howl of terror ability to reduce the enemies' attack damage, and create a trigger which damages there enemies.

what about a spell that hits everybody within 500 of the hero with a certain amout of damge

to create this ability modify the fan of blades ability

fan of blades can be modified in various ways to produxe difderent kinds of abilities
