Is -nativefullscr compatible with -opengl?

Couldn't find any mention of this in the patch notes. If I add both flags it seems that I don't get native full screen anymore, alt-tab is broken.

And my second question is, does some law enforcement agency have the legal basis of arresting Blizzard developers and put a stop to this madness?
 
There is no longer any need to run with -OpenGL since they patched the Windows 10 D3D8 performance bug and OpenGL looks worse anyway (distorted text).

Alt tab should still work in windowed full screen mode, if not then that is a bug.

WC3 is 4:3 so unless your display is also 4:3 you will want to not play it full screen but instead in 4:3 with letter boxing.
