      I have latest version 1.30.3.11256 and tool is not working. Maybe I should use new microsoft visual studio first? I pasted .mix file in wc3 directory but there is no binary, just mix anyway

        Are you talking about Widescreen Fix or about main version of RenderEdge? Widescreen Fix works only with patch 1.28.5 and below because the newer patches have built-in Widescreen support. And RenderEdge works only on 1.26a patch.

        Yeah. Its stupid that you had to update tool each time they release new version in order to work. I do not know what they do in that widescreen by each new version since it is same. Just worthless changes and our tools are not working because of it.
        But from screenshots it looks awesome, good work, ДРУЖЕ!

      Hi, ENAleksey. I love your recent project RenderEdge, since it is so charming and promising. This program allows people to do extra graphic related modifications beyond WC3 itself by using its strong APIs. This should be a complete revolution for WC3!
      Here are my own suggestions in order to make this software more perfect:
      Firstly, easy to install and use. You can consider to make a .bat file which helps the user to add the software to JNGP by one click. I think you probably have a better method. secondly, the compatibility. The software can be compatible with all versions of WC3, including the latest patch 1.29.

        I'm sorry I didn't answer earlier.

        There are many versions of JNGP, so there is no universal way to add the RenderEdge in editor. Maybe I'll make a plugin for WEX Bundle later.

        It's not possible to add support of new patches, because Blizzard made protection against hacking.

      What I would like to know is whether the tool can properly report the instruction sets being used, or not. It reports that the file game.dll from v1.26a makes use of some parts of the SSE2 instruction set, which is a bit unexpected to me.

      Can you confirm this? Or could you please direct me instead to someone who can? tia.

        Sadly, this was bound to happen, the same way they had already (silently) dropped W98SE support since Patch 1.27a.

        Likewise, they are dropping XP / Vista / 32-bit support for SC Remastered, as well as for WoW:

        I'm sorry I did not answer earlier. Yes, now I'm working on an experimental version. I have already implemented support of all the objects of the game, added Temporal Anti-Aliasing, Scalable Ambient Obscurance, Auto Exposure from UE4 and much more.
        I'll try to post a new version as soon as possible.

      ok, as i know your RenderEdge project using extranal injector to made it work right ?
      but this map "DotA 6.88g beta" By DracoL1ch has internal Injector function that will be inject dll from resource map named "DotAAllstarsHelper688c.dll" i checked with mpq editor and saw it !

      my english unskilled, i can't tell or explain more.
      so u need to check out with your eyes !

        Yes and no: I just still haven't last war3 patch, so I can't find new offsets from game.dll. Also my D3D9 renderer used addresses from game.dll too, for example, to get current RenderStage.

      Hi ENAleksey, my case is solved. Neither Windows 10, DirectX 12 or Avira (which is good news) but SharpCrafts use of the InstallPath registry key.

      I think MindWordX will fix this in a future release, so that Sharpcraft can take command line arguments or if non-existant searches for war3.exe in it's parent folder.
