Indeed, Gilbert is a special case in goblin's tale.

Also, right now I'm in my cottage so internet is damn slow, and I don't have goblin's Tale with me.

So for the fifth classe presentation, you guys will have to wait for tomorow.
But I can already tell you it's 2 times cooler and better than the goblin Samurai concept. :D

I also have a custom model just for him made by Rizz_boomer :D (I know, now you're hating me because you have to wait until tomorow... )

Update!
The mysterious new class is revealed - the Steamwarrior! As the Berserker has undergone changes and became more of a single-target damage dealer, in similar to the Blademaster, the Steamwarrior takes his role as the main tank. Quite capable of handling most attacks against him and stun units in large areas of effect, the Steamwarrior is ideal for players who wish to undertake the responsibility of keeping the entire team safe and sound, distracting the murlocs to themselves.

With those recent changes, we'd also like to announce for the god-who-knows-what time that a new and much more detailed frontal page is on it's way. Goblin's Tale is on the move again!

This post was authorized by Mr.Goblin, and if Mr.Goblin agrees, I might as well announce some stuff from now on. Not everything, obviously, but you might see me from time to time post about a recent change or update.

For those who haven't noticed yet, the first post has had a minor update with a brand new wallpaper! The size is 1024x768, but it should work fine on other sizes too. I personally think it is simple - yet elegant.

Also, I'm pretty certain that the Berserker is now an Agility hero. That makes it 2 intelligence heroes, 2 agility heroes and 1 strength hero.

Indeed, before starting the hole new thread presentation, I will ask one more time, what should I add or remove?


Here's what I planned to make for the new Thread presentation.

-Include the lore about each villagers.
-Include new items sold by villagers.
-Make longer description of each classes.
-Include the icons of each classes' spells.
-Include the Murlocs waves with image and descriptions
-Include new merchants (not revealed yet)
-Change the screenshots. (with the new logo too :D)
-Add a better description of the game. blablabla.

Basicly it should look like this.

Goblin's Tale
-Logo
-Game description\Objective = blablablablabla
-Villagers = description, items sold, lore, screenshots
-Classes = Description, spells, lore, screenshots.
-Murlocs wave = Description, spells, screenshots.
-Credits/Special thanks = Description of each members + icon
-Ads = link to other member's projects.

Pretty much in the same time the Beta will be releaved.

wich is not certain.

If I had more time I would give you a date.

But we still have to finish the terrain rework the terrain in some part.

Finish all the items (icons, description, abilitys)

Than all the triggers.

Goblin's Tale is doing great so far, even if it seems like we've done nothing. Because in the past month we decided to include much more stuff than supposed in the first version.
 
Hurry up and finish all ready, Jiminy Crickets.

I know.. but it takes alot of time to make a map..

mostly when you do pretty much everything alone.

Icons\ terrain\ units\ items\lore write\brainstorming\Textures\UI

indeed takes a fuck load of time alone. + I have other projects

Goblin's Tale won't be finish until this summer for shure

Wow, awesome new class. Looking forward to the new presentation.

However, you really don't need another strength class, better yet another class at all. If you were to add another class, I'd say maybe a support tank or some sort of gunslinger class?

Would you guys preffer that I upload the thread presentation in

Because the layout of the new thread presentation is done, but it with will take me... like 2-3 weeks to finish all the characters presentation etc.

it's up to you.
 
You should work more on map than on topic presentation IMO
no offense :p

I know I should... but sometimes I fell like doing something else than the map and that's normal :D

if not I'll get bored and angry about it. ^^
 
This is taking so long :O
I imagine it already done and stuff but goblin just wants to tease us o.o

not really.. for the new presentation I have to finish

-the terrain
-wait for new models of the merchants.
-make the icons for the sold items.


and that takes a fuckload of time.. also for the terrain I have to wait for a cliff model made by Pyramidhead.

Soo.. no rush, anyway it's just a game :p
and it's not like you all have been working on it. HAHA
 
Hum.. sadly I've been slowed by School didn't managed to work on G.T at al since last week-end.

Also, I'm highly helping Linaze on an other project of mine called Scars of conflict, that you guys might already know. (check the ads)

I might not work on GT the hole week-either.
but let's see for this week-end. I ''should'' have the few models I needed to complete the terrain. and I SHALL DO THAT. when possible.

after that will work on items\or\murloc waves.
