I used Fish School(base) model for a custom unit Fish..But the problem is they float on top of the water,I already set movement type to amphibious but still they float in the air.Is there any other way to lower it on the water..It has to be a unit not a doodad..

you could open it on vertex modifier, select all and put it bellow the X Axis (the horizontal line in the middle) or you could select the model hit "Pg down" key to lower it (I think that's the key..) or as a third option, go to unit editor, find your unit and reduce the flying height.

Make it a unit. then set it's movement to hover, and then search for the line "movement - height" now click once on that line, then hold shift and click twice. As the "text" bar opens then write something like -50 or -100 (you'll see in game) and hit enter.

Remember to hold shift when modifying, else negative value won't work.

Oh and also you should enable negative values in editor preferences.
