I didn't give too much though into it but, there are a lot of people who are redditors who aren't hivers, and a lot of people have the reddit app on their phone meaning if they are subscribed to /r/hiveworkshop, they'd get pinged a notfication. r/hiveworkshop could have announcements like contents winners, major updates about the site, and similar things. It can be made where only hive staff can actually post to prevent losing form activity from the hive, but now that I think about it, there can be better ways to obtain better results than using reddit.
