[ InWarcraft.de ] ).
Some pictures are more than 3 years old; understandably the quality isn´t on all screens the same.

Some of those screens look realy unfinished, and some only look good because the Highres doodads.
There are also some pictures that looks perfect and some i realy dont like.
I dont want to go into detail now, since i would write a real big list of things that dont fit in, or look abit weird.
But you know i look at pics like you do

And i answer you Donut, yes it is made of doodads only.

I love the first pic, Those sub's, the effect and all, fantastic, the rest also is cool ^^, but maby you shouldn't have submitted them all at the same time.. first it's hard to comment (in my oppinion) and second, if you only got one terrain, people (or atleast I) will look better and longer at it, if you have these many, some people still might look very good, but not that often anymore.

Curious how much time you spent on the robot? ;P

Around 16 hours; that sounds high but I deleted some parts of the robot and did them new ( e.g. the sword ).

The shield is not that nice though, but still, It's ÜBER cool ^^, makes me think of another game, or actualy a mod for a game ^^.

A lot of them would look good ingame, but the ones that look like they would fit in the same circumstances as paintings and such (as stand-alone art) are, in my opinion;

1 (The angle the "submarines?" come out at looks really nice, the arch is sort of out of place, though. In my opinion, removing all the 'floor' doodads at the bottom would make it look much nicer )
2 (nice peaceful setting)
8 (beautiful)
10 (a simple yet captivating scene. One of those things that you'd expect to actually see in real life, some time ago)
18 (a serene winter setting, very nice)

i Like the last 2 ones they look much like morrowind IMO.

WOW!!!! Theres so much i gotta learn about modeling, mapping, and now, terraining!

All of your pictures were great, Best mapping ive ever feasted my eyes on, Especially with the robot. I belive the robot was made part from Cityscape Doodads, piled to the top, with special effects added in. Correct me if im wrong lol.

Anyways, is there any way u can import certain custom terrain? would be awesome if you could, great job indeed, loved it.
