Beyond the Throne: Tides of Darkness

10 years ago I began this project. It has been a long road since then with many alterations. I went back today and looked at one of the earliest versions I have saved. It's gratifying to see how far I've come, thanks primarily to the resources and assistance of this community. The recent project of the month poll showed me there are users who follow my project, or at least think of it as quality. I'm glad to know that. More than anything this project has been a stress reliever, and I see no reason to stop now. Have a good day. There will be an update tomorrow.
 
Any news for the Murky Water version of BtT, it seems like its been forever?

Yes, I have not forgotten. I was going to update yesterday, but my internet was bad for most of the day. I got to thinking on some aspects of Lost and so I'm working on them at the moment. I will go ahead and finish Murky Waters. I still have some terrain work to do.

Great to hear! Let me know once its out, I want to make links for the BtT version and melee version.
 
My internet has been terrible for a few days. I've made some substantial changes so far.

No AI yet. It takes a lot of time.

I determined based on starting locations that this would be a 2v2 map. There would also need to be a third mine for players outside of the base, as I do not like in base expansions. This required making four larger islands.

I love the transformation of the Murky Water map, it felt like its really ready for an altered melee match. Great job, I'm really glad I could lend a hand on this one.
