I used to have a food addiction as well(I wasn't overweight, but I don't have the athletic body I do now, either), the easiest way to break an addiction is to attain another one(although not necessarily good, choosing a positive addiction can be beneficial), for me I choose to work out every day until my arms ached, after the second week they began to build increased muscle and I found the food addiction entirely gone.

Check the ingredients. I'm sure it's almost pure sugar, the addictive kind (high fructose corn syrup and others). There are addictive ingredients added to most foods, and although the addiction varies in intensity between every person, you may be more susceptible to them than others. If you aren't sick of eating the same thing after a week then you've got a problem! Drink plenty of water to dilute the toxins/chemicals in your body to help wean off of them.

im addicted to 2-(5-methoxy-1H-indol-3-yl)-N,N-dimethylethanamine

commonly known as 5-MeO-DMT, this is taken in combination with bufotentin and is basically a psychedelic drug similar to LSD. these chemicals are found in the virola tree and make a type of snuff that gets you off your face.

Note: You're not addicted 'til you try to quit.

Sugar, porn, trolling, and making bad jokes.

I'm just a bit strange, maybe? I can eat the same thing for a week straight (but not exclusively that one thing) and not get sick of it, and it can be anything.

#1 - Smokes(fyi if you dont smoke, dont start #1 hurts the party wallet #2 addicition seriously isnt fun #3 its fun until your beat 24/7 while playing sports)
#2 - Tabatch
#3 - Dope. Well I dont know if I am really addicited to Dope because of my addicition to tabbaco, and the way that nicoteen effects the body. Does your buddy go through different moods depending on what you are addicted to? I have been smoking long enough to be addicited trust me.

If you just drink your stomach all drunk, so you cannot feel it anymore. Go stuff yourself with all kinds of sh!t. Since your stomach can hold the triple the size, you can really make your stomach rip apart and maybe explode.

I'm addicted to:
1) Canned soup (I have a poor man's sense of taste, apparently)
2) Smartass comments (This includes comedy in any way, shape, or form)
3) Manga (Yeah, I'm that kind of nerd)

I don't think I have any addictions. I get short based addictions on video games but that is about it.

If I do have addictions they are:
1) Puns
2) Banter
3) Learning
4) Understanding
5) Teaching (I'm not a teacher, I just like to share knowledge)

If fat people tried excersising, and worked through the pain, they would get addicted to excersise and lose weight dramatically. Walking just a few hours a day, as part of my day, not as a separate gym session or anything, helped me lose 4kg in 2 weeks. I'm only slightly overweight.
just reading thru this forum and i will have to say...
"HOLY SHIT, Some people are actually addicted to orange juice? i thought i was the only one." lol
i am also addicted to grape juice and apple juice.

i am also a bit addicted to ice. not the drug. the solid form of h2o. i like the crunching feeling on my teeth and the cold on my tongue. i also enjoy really cold weather, where it is so cold, your skin shrinks and you can feel it.
also addicted to hot showers. just hot enough so the pain feels really good but not enough to scald.
cold and hot, two opposite ends.
