On the far North where dark kingdom used to be a form of rebellion was formed. Soulscar observes his men and thinks do they even stand a chance to survive when Helions or Devilak forces decide to stop this threat? Maybe the answers lie in the southern lands...

*Xendrians were running away from the center of the city, where sounds of battle could be heard. They were panicking and screaming, but amidst all the chaos a figure was slowly waking away. Lorth.
Suddenly, a mist of changing magical colors engulfed him, and from it... emerged a completely different man. He was tall, black-haired and had a short trimmed beard.
"Too bad. I liked the name Lorth... What's the next one gonna be?"
He continued walking away from the city, headed North.

It was all an illusion. Didn't expect THAT, did ya? :)

The Knights began to set up a makeshift wall, made of mostly lumber from the trees. There would have to be more manpower in order to quickly finish the fortifications on the restored city. Much of the fortress-city had still yet to be repaired, but it was a fully functional base thus far. Gabriel ordered for several construction teams each accompanied by a squad of Knights. There were to be enough of these escorted teams to form a military company of Knights.

Urr.. *Sonya wakes up slowly* Rainshadow.. why are you growling..? *she turns her head a bit and meets eye to eye with Torin. her eyes widen, but with curiosity*

*The Zealot commander shakes the peaces of the bone from his switchblade and crushes 'em with his foot, then he rises his arms a bit, awaiting an attack and keeping a cold stare on K*

*Kalek shakes quickly, flayling loose chains around as he worked to free his wings from the tightly bound chains. Flexing them slightly, he was hoping to remove them as he did his best to hold of the guards surrounding him, working to pin him down. The pulling of chains and shouting didn't help any.*

*Torin ears twitch as he hears his name. he looks at Sonyas hand on his snout and follows it to the rest of her body with his eyes. Then he looks in the eyes of Sonya.
He looks better and better. "It really is Nirthy" he thinks happily. his eyes started to shine from happiness. He pushes his snout softly against Sonyas hand.*

" Tch. I don't have time for this. " K said to himself mostly as he threw a bone lance towards the zealot commander, K then jumped and slammed his foot on the ground when he landed. Bone spikes erupted out of the ground under the zealots feet.

Oh Rainshadow.. I just fainted.. It's okay.. Torin was an Elf pet, they learn them that.. *Sonya chuckles*

*The Zealot commander crossed his switchblades, deflecting the lance, and jumped up, but not before his foot was impaled* Yaaagh! *he touches down away from the spikes* Monster! One wound shall not stop me! *ignoring the pain, he lunges and delivers a series of slashes and stabs into K, before jumping off yet again, wearied by the wound on the foot*

(edit: didn't reacted to bone lance Oo)

reaction time between throwing a lance and bringing up bone spikes from the stone ground leaves one exhausted, and gives enough time to be struck. :p

*Kalek almost had one wing free, shaking the chain towards the middle of his wing, freeing his wing tips for expandign his wings, and further nudging the chains off. Stopping for a moment to breath and focus on his wings, he soon continued his firebreathing, his aura around his front claws still glowing a firey red.*

lol It's an awkward scene for me too. I'm not used to characters like Torin. XD
*Rainshadow noticed her, but didn't move. She stayed focused on the fox. "Answer my question. What did you do to her?"*

It's obvious we'll be needing telepathy stones soon. XD Maybe we can get it from the merchant. XD Telepathy stones will have to be on the talker and/or listener. That way, Lore-wolf can actually speak. XD Wouldn't you like that?

Sacroknox kept pulling the cart of his along to the south lands just whistling a tune as he walked. "Mother was a drow and father was a shadow. Drow shadow? No no no but a Shadow consumer....motha musta been soul suckin vampire." He says in a strange song along tune as he floated on wards pulling the cart of weapons behind him which he took a big bale of hay and put it over the weapons to hide them.

*Torin feels a little dizzy. he was overwhelmed by Rainsshadows jump. He had not seen it coming. Torin was scared. Rainsshadow was shouting at him, but he did not knew what qhe wanted. He looks back in his memory's if he had heard the words before. He can't remember any of the words. He looks at the wolf who seemed to look at him constantly. "What did I do?" he thought....

Construction teams were split into five groups on their way to the new fortress, each having a platoon of Knights for security. When the construction teams arrive, the majority of the Knights could be now reassigned to other duties.

*At this, Rainshadow got off and took a couple steps back. "It was for communication? I don't see how a simple picture allows for that." Rainshadow turned away and looked back at the fox. "Oh, and my name's Rainshadow." Then she walked off to go hunting.*

I forgot that she never said her name. But I do remember Sonya saying it a few times. XD I guess he wasn't paying attention (due to pain? :D).

K conjured up yet another bone armor around his body to protect him from the many slashes of the zealot commander. Many small cuts appeared around K as the bone armor was too weak to protect from the switchblade. The zealot commander suddenly cut from the slash and switched to stabbing him. K withdrew his bone armor and collected them onto his chest to protect from the stab the zealot was gonna deliver. The switchblade penetrated the armor halfway. As the zealot jumped back, Unlike last time, The bone armor didn't stay on the blade. But dissapeared into dust. ' Im too tired to continue fighting.. ' K thought, ' This isn't the way I hoped to die. '

*Now a big round energy bubble wraps around K and Kalek, making them unable to move out of the bubble*
Haha! *yells the Zealot commander as he notices the large amount of order priests chanting a spell* Now you both are the prisoners. One cannot defy the Order of the Archon and get away with it.
*and meanwhile while he was speaking, more chains emerged, this time magical, and started to wrap up around the dragon and K*

Torin.. Are you okay? *Sonya stretched her arm out, trying to call him to her*

The construction teams moved carefully along the roads. Because they were organised into convoys, they did attract attention when passing through towns. Knights kept a close watch on their surroundings and checked on the convoy without rest. In the mean time, Gabriel reorganized his Knights and set them to investigate nearby towns and settlements, as well as setting several Knights to survey the surrounding terrain.

Was no mention of casting a spell, so I'd have to guess the Archon did it. :/ But with that speech... I dunno. But Hellion has his mages teach his armies to sense magic casting, as it begins to alter the air itself. Slight changes in the surroundings. temperature, air moisture, thin-ness or thickness of the air, etc.

Sacroknox soon arrived back in the southern desert and into his tower shop. Beginning to put the weapons on racks around the basement and he left the hay out in the sun to shrivel up. He took apart the old cart and used the wooden pieces and such to begin building up sections of the tower covering some of the openings that the tarps or stones could not fix. "Hmmm what to do what to do...maybe I can find some spell book to make an oasis near here." He tells himself rubbing his chin and thinking while he sat on a old slightly torn fluff filled chair.

*Kalek pushed against the barrier, ramming his weight and body into it. How much dragon could mages take? That was the question. And finally, Kalek settled down, realizing his better use of time, and began cutting chains and shackles once more, though wasting oxygen with the production of fire. Either way, a bubble would limit his oxygen, and that would effect him. But for the meantime, he needed the shackles off.*

You know, the general idea is to get me to Nexus, but you have to go through another city on the way. (long road) But that doesn't mean I have to sit idly by and remain captive. :p

Sacroknox soon came across a spell in the old ruined basement of the tower it was painted on the wall in black paint in one of the old dungeon cells. The door was broken off long ago so the mage prisoner likely escaped. Sacroknox happily moved out of the basement and a couple feet to the west of the shop which was more into the dusty mountains and he began the spell causing the ground to sink in slightly and crystal clear water began to pool up along with a few palm trees and sandy grass all around it which in a couple months or so plant life would begin returning to the desert and hopefully turn it into a lush forest some time later.

So DarkIron, how does a spell summon an oasis if there is no warer or seeds to grow plants from? You would also need more than sand, since sand allows water to go right through. It just doesn't work that way. and you don't just find a spell that solves your problem in a dungeon.

*Rainshadow had been following the herd's sent for a couple minutes now. There were about 9 of them, and they were easy to track. Her thought s soon turned to Torin and Sonya. What was he doing to Sonya? Why couldn't he talk? And did he pose a threat to them? Or more likely, her? He seemed to like Sonya, but had questionable thought about Rainshadow. She was sure of it.*
