Yeah but the shading is alittle bit dark for such a angle as that little buddy try to lighten the shading just some what so it doesn't look like just a dark spot.

Hmm.. You could draw runes on his fur make the whole model look like that thing you've done on the chest, so it isn't mainly recolour.. His eyes look really cute, rather than ferocious.. I'm trying to think...

Like under the neck in you're screenshot its sort of a darkish blue thats a awsome example on how to shade ice.
Because grayish black is hard to see and it doesn't look good on light blue surfaces like ice.

Then imagine that he isn't sub zero. Like your skin (also demon hunter) this skin is also a demon hunter base. It had some ice motives on it and some fur for cold areas. Where will you see some skinned Demon Hunter like your's running around in Northrend?

Here's a WIP of the face of mine. It's going to be somewhat like TDR's concept, though (arms and legs are going to be made of ice) But I originally got the idea from that picture of subzero, and then realized it'd be somewhat like TDR's xD

Inferno, it needs a lot more contrast, but it's a good start. Also I think you should base the axe on the style of the normal tuskar's weapon.
