Ok, here's my 1. tier Weapon Upgrade WIP:

A bamboo stick?

ike_ike, your icons would be more blizzard-like if the armor and weapon of the same tier match. Tier 1 is ok, but for tier 2 and 3 you should use the same glow color.
(You have the the same glow color on tier2 armor and tier3 weapon, which doesn't match.)
Just a thought.

Yeah, a bamboo stick... I know it sucks right now, but it's just a WIP, just to show that I started workin'... I'm makin' Pandaren Upgrades, I'm already done with the Armor Upgrades. ^^

Volvox, the glows are completely different from Bliz ones. Also, it looks a bit like a ring.

FrIky, I love the second teir1 and the second tier2 but they all look very nice, and Mr.Goblin i love your drawings are always nice. I really love the designs. My only suggestion is for your helmets mr.G, try to make em a bit more defined, they look a lil... blurry, not much but just thought id throw that out there

Dragon axe

Ok, well i was working on the flail but nothing looked good, and i could not for the life of me think of a tier3. So instead, i am going to make a dragon themed axe upgrade. and maybe dragon armor, kinda gothic metal. I'm sure pyritie will appreciate this

3 days? oh never mind I do have time to fix my icons. I hate to tell you this now FrIkY but the perspective on your bamboo is terrible, the opening on the top is almost completely open to the screen and the bamboo is sideways to the screen leaving an effect where , if you shaded it this way, would look like a slanted opening, but you didn't shade it that way so it looks bad. (run on sentence FTW)

Ok I'm gunna go work on my Icon set now.

P.S. Elenei honestly I like your first set better.

I've added a psd file with all layers to my submission but i've encountered a minor problem. My warcraft is disabled at the moment so i can't get in-game screenies of the icons. I know it's annoying but if anyone could import them for me, that would be great.
