Wierd thing when clicking Supa's entry to the 3 texture contest

I clicked to see his entry, and some damn link opened 200 times... every time I closed one it came again... Realy wierd why that happent. Not realy ah bug I thing, more like somekind of miss linking to the spam link or something...

Had to close my pc to stop it..

Virus maybe? did you scan your comp? My mouse has a horrible habit of double clicking when i click once.

The same thing happened to me!! Except maybe not 200 times. The same link opened about 6 times. I just kept closing them and they went away, but i was like Wtf?. I was looking at Infernuses texture link at that time.

Try clicking on some of them, one of them does it, dont think it is the same who does it every time... course Arab4life says it happent for him with infernus

Not sure if it would be those ones for you, but clicking the poll on the entries will course it.

The hyperlinks from the poll all lead back to the original entries in the contest itself. When I created the poll I provided two ways the access them: links on the poll and in the post proper.

I had, of course tested the validity of the hyperlinks when I published to poll: they worked then and they still work now (for me at any rate, using my two machines). I even turned off my Google popup blocker and tried the links again: no problems here. I'm completely at a loss to explain as to why you are experiencing such errors.

Do you really mean this is a spambot issue? If so, this is getting very annoying.
