well there are tutorials all over the internet for it
and yeah it's not that hard, way easier than WE
+ there is not a big variety of skins/faces/battle characters/ etc...
so you need to download those from sites, I found a good one if you decided to try it ;D

RPG maker2000 and RPG maker2003 are free from what I seen
there are more complex and newer ones but those are not free

I woke up, watched a few Youtube vids, played on Warcraft III, looked for some good models/skins for my project, and probably deciding to get my WoW upgraded into the full edition.
And seeing if there is a update for Starcraft II, but still I'm really wanting the expansion for it, because I'm really getting bored doing the same god damn thing in the Terran Campaign.
