It's Vevo's cheap editing (actually I'm pretty sure it's Manson's record company, not Vevo - Vevo just put up the censured one and removed all the non-censured ones - lolmonopolydouchebagsthat'stechnicallyillegal)
I mean they seriously just took Manson's vocals, and cut and paste the "arma" sample over the rest of the lyrics. Why even bother censuring a song like that anyway?
