Translation axes messed up when converting with neodex

I converted this model with neodex (on 3ds max7) with a bunch of animations.
But it seems that the translation axes are swapped, like what should have been X translation became Y translation - especially obvious in the Death animation, where instead of falling backwards the model flies to the side.
Is there a quick way to fix that?
For now the only plan I have is to manually swap the coordinates in Magos lol.
