Converted animation issue with gun movement

Converted this model.
For some reason the gun motion is off in some animations.
Flies away in odd directions.
I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with it. Is it the Z-up / Y-up swap bug? Or is the gun supposed to be attached to both hands somehow?
Any thoughts?

I tried running the translation animation through my axis swap script which worked fine for the main root bone, but it didn't work out for the gun bone. I guess I'll try adding more swapping options to the script because it looks like an axis swap bug.

hmmm that remind me converting issues with weapons models, like in this 2 videos one good that weapon issuse and second fixed one, ps: to fix it needs fbx and needs separating before converting that avoid problem and after converting atached back when he is before that should be fix it
