Actually, 2 ninjas can never attack you at the same time. Sometimes they will throw stars that miss. You have to determine if they will hit you or not.

Hold the down or up cursor so that you have the sword over your head. Stay in that stance, it will block most high shots from both sides. Then if there is a lower attack move your sword accordingly and then move back.

That's how I do it, lol.

Bull-shit. At about 46-47, there's always a ninja coming to kick me from my right, and a bunch of ninjas throwing stars on my left. I kill the ninja, the stars kill me.
