Raza'rr the Blade Tempest
I love the presentation on this one. I can't give a good review but the skill icons seem to match up pretty well. Although the switch thing is kinda getting boring, I mean I have seen more than 5 of the from the last contest. xD
Jhesh'Nu the Watcher of the Underworld
I suppose this is a creature based on Cerby? Well, okay but I'm not sure why it's using a hydra model though. I guess that'll be explained in its lore.
The skills, all on their own are pretty good. But together, I don't see much synergy in them. Fling seems to have way too little cast range. By the looks of the hero, it doesn't seem to be a skill user (spammer) so 3rd skill's mana regen is a bit useless and would only provide overflowing mana. It is especially OP too because the hero is healed whenever a unit dies nearby him, so he doesn't need to do anything to be healed. Heck he doesn't need o buy any type of healing items at all to survive in laning. The ulti is OP too. Since I assume by "True damage" you mean damage that can't be reduced by armor nor magic resist, 650 is almost half of a hero's health.
Anyway, since this is still a very early wip of this entry, you can still improve it in many ways.
Malendis, Creature of Darkness
The lore fits the theme and the overall dota lore so it's fine.
The skillset could yield some good combos especially with some items in dota. Wraith form seems to stand out a bit and is imba with his sure escaping capability. Although it is pretty mana consuming. Baldes of torment's slow seems to be reducing as its levels grow. Fix that.
Furnace, the Missing One
Let's start with its range. You do realize that in Warcraft 3, 128 or less range is already considered melee right? With your hero, there are melee units who have longer range than your "Ranged" hero. And I've also considered your second skill but it's still too short ranged.
The lore is.... short? Two sentences of a generic story isn't really something good. :/
Skills are pretty good though. You could probably increase that magic resistance of the shield. Doom sight is a bit confusing though, Yes it gives bonus range, but what explosion? How do you trigger that explosion? I don't see any skill that allows him to create and explosion. Is this a part passive/active skill? If yes, you should mention that.
Furnace heat is a bit too OP too. Let's see.
Let's assume this hero with 60 base damage, with 6 active items (max in dota) and with his 2/3 active spells. IF he casts all 6 items plus his first two spells within 14 seconds (Which is definitely possible in DOTA), he would already have 60 (base dmg) + 120 (6 items) + 40 (first two skills) = 60 + 160 damage. And if he casts his ulti, he gets additional percent damage.
That's like having a divine rapier dood. D:
But I'm sure you'll be able to balance that soon. You still have a lot of time. ^^
Diana, Master Huntress
Lore doesn't seem to fit. A little tweaking here and there might fix that sice you've already mentioned the goddess Artemis.
First skill seems to be cool. I'll just wait for the rest of your skills to fully review your entry.
Zeineia, The Mistress of Hell
Ooh, Lilith huh, Jewish Mythology? Nice.
Even though the lore wasn't particularly interesting, I'll have to wait for the rest of your hero entry.
Garuda, the Mythical Bird Garuda phoenix.. LEL

Seriously though, You do realize we're basing our stats on the map dota right? So "Flying heroes, only take damage from ranged heroes and could pass the trees" you already lose in terms of balance on this line. Unless you make a skill for that, which would need a lot of thinking.
