It was never my intension to create an underwater terrain, but why not call it one? As Raid1000 suggested, those are hydrodynamic copters. : >

The reason I used Bliz-trees is simply because those in my opinion are the only good looking trees available from a camera angle like I did.

Messy city? Ever been to Greece? It's perfectly normal that cities aren't perfectly symetrical. And about the lights... I wonder if I am gonna do something about it considering the time it takes to place all the lights a city like this really has. : <

Corexx proudly presents:
- giant apples ( very tasty! )
- tiny trebutchets
- big bad evil monster-wasps
( That are my three Imports... )

Special feature: reflective water surface

The tiny humans never felt very safe in these huge woods. So they built massive strongholds to defend theirselves. Hopefully their bows and trebutchets are strong enough to bear with the mighty wasps...

Ha, you made the tree branches out of the roots - kind of interesting.

There is a lot of units in this terrain, too many of them look identical - obviously cuz they are, i guess thats why you dont see many units in terrain shots often.

Those brick walls dont really look good stacked ontop of eachother because there is a couple of rows of bricks that are darker then rest and makes it look like the castle has stripes. Seems wierd to me.

Also not really seeing reflection in the surface of water, maybe a couple shadows but thats it.

Blehh it's kinda cool I gotta say, but that light from above is fail. It goes through the branch... and clips really funny like. And what about leaves? If it's the time of year for apples there would be leaves too :p

Also, the units look placed in kind of a gaussian way, which is silly because people wouldn't actually stand like that. I'm not saying make it a perfect formation, but it shouldn't be 'random yet evenly spaced' like it is now..

The wasps did a surprise attack so there was no time for proper formations.
And unfornately I lacked a good leaves-model.
( Yes, many units at the same place sucks, but empty walls would even look weirder! )

Lo0k closer. :p

Well yeah but people don't stand around like that, if it's a surprise attack, make them kinda in groups and clusters or walking around like they are talking and going about their everyday business.

Wait I'm screwed >_<"
Thought the end was at 6th of July...
Gotta work hard tomorrow O_O"

Hmm... Originally it was thought to be a titan looking at a city at night. Nothing underwater. Interpret my terrain the way you want it.

@Squidle: Nights don't necessarily need to be black.

Heh, but darker would fit better I think...

I've been very busy the last two weeks. So I havent been able to make much progress. And i will be busy for the next few days. So today is probably my last chance to submit something. One of these will most likely be my final. But meh, you could give me another month to work on it and my terrain still wouldnt compare to the awesome terrains of this contest, lol.

I've tried several fogs. Which one looks the best?

EDIT: The dark teal one is my Final.

Well this is my final piece, kinda rushed it at the end, should have used some more time on it, well well.

The Concept is that some Titan children made there first worlds as a school project (that's why they look so bad ;) )

Only imports is the the High Res stone, and the Alpha Texture, all else is UTM.

Hope you like it!

You should add something in the background like maybe meteors or something cause it looks empty everywhere else.

Oh that's right, I'm not picking the winner and I don't even have to vote... however the judge will have a hard time picking the winner or if there's one that sticks out just a bit from the rest it'll win. However I must say that the entries in this contest are incredible!
