I've had more detailed bios on certain characters, but they would spoil a lot
I can expand on the influences behind the characters
For instance Eliver the Diviner was originally a minor character, but due to the nature of his power he gotten a much bigger role in the story.
Originally he was just a mage called Eliver who would just get in your way when you would try to fight the rebels, then when I began looking for a title to give him, so I came up with the title "the diviner" this actually a random idea that came into my head because his original ultimate was starfall. From there I began getting ideas that maybe I could make him be a clairvoyant or something similar (somewhat like Yuri from red alert 2) so then I began working on his ability set and gave him far sight and true sight ... Basically he was to play a Major part in the story from there on.
Lord Peradale was always a big character, not sure how exactly I came about with creating him, but he was always designed to be a bit mysterious, I can't really go into much detail or the story would get completely spoiled
One thing I can say is that there was originally plans for a Dreadlord character, but these were scrapped because it was just too inconsistent with the rest of the story.
He was supposed to be called Neresidde, and had the title of Soul Reaver (the bar that says dreadlord would've been replaced by "soul reaver") He would have this particular spell where he was able to cast "curse" on a unit (similar to shadow strike) but if the effected unit is destroyed it's soul would become controlled by the dreadlord, basically the dreadlord would control a transparent copy of the unit for 90 seconds or so, but the mechanic was flawed so it would glitch.
Lord Noren lacks a real backstory at this point, as he was simply introduced because Etrious was too weak a paladin to handle the mission himself
Master Yanes' character is based on someone I knew, he is one of the most wisest and talented (but a bit old) mages in the Kingdom of Silventria, as well as an acting adviser to the queen. He is in charge of training Etrious as well as other young cadets to become great soldiers of Silventria. He is very skilled in the art of Aeromancy (wind magic) and is greatly respected for both his abilities and his character. (Originally he was supposed to be a paladin but it seemed to me that it would be much better to make him an Archmage instead due to both his abilities as well as his character.)
Idk I still got a lot to do regarding the bios and things....
