One of the current models I'm making. For now I'm just calling it "Alien Brute" Its body and structure are based off the hunter from halo, because it looks cool :3

The texture's nice, BUT it will most likely look too dark in-game...
Olofmoleman once made an awesome dragon with an awesome molten rock skin that might inspire you. I think with a similar skin, this elemental will own.
Unfortunately, I could not find any screenshots or the model itself...

Scyth, no, but I ripped the hands from the Mountain Gaint, remember? So it came with a defailt wrap, which I will change later

Here's a screen shot of the elemental with the body texture. I'm thinking of redoing it (but with the same pattern and such) because it doesn't have the same feel as the face

Hopefully particles and glows will spiff it up :p

Ok, I finished texturing it. Time to animate!

I'm not sure. But I know it's going to have hero glow, so in a way, yes. (I should've made the maga team color, that would've been cool xD. But it's too late now :C)

Neck? He basically has no neck.

I tried adding orange and yellow... It didn't look too great >.<

Yes.
Make your particle, then under emission rate, type in something like this:
Code:
0: 0
100: 100
200: 0
1000: 0
Then make a Global animation in magos with duration 1000.
Then, go back to that emitter and click once again on the emission rate, and select the correct global sequence track.
Tinker around with the values, see what you like.

Rep phase completed.

Critique phase underway:
- The attack anims: you need to make him swing his hands more. Currently, it looks like he is stopping his hands in the middle of his strike.
- The particle emitter: I like the fact that you added one, yet it gets kinda repetitive and with the elemental constantly moving, it gets out of place.
- Spell anim: again, you need to make it swing its hands more.
- Skin: skin looks good, but like wulf said, adding some orange around the cracks will give them a realistic glowing feeling.- Portrait: it ain't centered. The face is in the right corner.
- Blah: blah blah blah

Suggestions:
- Make at least one more stand anim, it gets kinda repetitive
- Fix the skin in the ways stated above
- Make the particles similar to those of the volcano model in the wc3 mpq
- A birth anim could be awesome
- An spell/attack-slam anim with extra fiery emitters on the ground where he attacks would be awesome ;)
