So basically there is a need for trigger action to increase each level? Oh, I see, so for example, you get a dialog and you pick an ability to increae level? That's not really what I want. I wanted it to be old fashion going through Hero Abilities (The big red Plus in coordinates (X3;Y1)) I meant that you cannot add abilities there and there is a need to create a separate hero, and I did create 81 hero with different spell combination.

He means, a way to add an ability to be learnable and upgradeable via levelup and skillpoints.
you can make spellbook with red cross image, enable it when unit gains level and have some spells insiee, if he cast this or that increase level of this or that ability and disable spellbook
In fact. You could have an spellbook with 10 abilities, and another spellbook inside (like Next Page) and so on. So you can have all your abilities for all your heroes
I see. That surely open more possibilites, but my map's engine is made other way, I gonna keep it that way as it works fine, perhaps in other projects. This thread is solved by the way, everything works okay.
