About this i have my own request, the stand 3 animation is the drinking one in the normal footman if someone could tweak it to make it natural with the spear.

The model stand still because you didn't rig the vertices to the bones. You need to assign(rig) them to the model's bones. You can do it in matrix eater. Just sellect the certain vertices and right click and sellect the bone you want to attach the vertices to(arm right, chrst, leg...). It's easy if you try it several times. Remember to move the bones to the mesh of your model.
Vertices? And what bones should I move? Kwaliti's LK or the DK Arthas?
Vertices is the plural of vertex. One vertex is one point you can see if opening the model editor ( so you don't have a textured model, but lots of lines and points).
Obviously, for example, if you have a bone called bone_leftarm, then you attach the vertices, the points, of that very left arm to that bone. If that bone is moved during the animation, then the attached vertices will follow it.
Since you want Kwaliti's LK to be animated, you do it with him ( as far as I understood the issue).

So I open it with matrix eater and it converts it into .mdl.
Then I click File -> Import and a menu with multiple tabs show up.
Since I'm only interested in animations, I only import the stuff from the animation and bones tab, is that right?
What should I do with the matrices tab?

I need a slightly modified shaman model. nothing should be changed but the portrait, which must be black in any way! Not just "no portrait" so that you can select another unit, get their portrait camera, and see the shaman from an angle. It must be a set black portrait.

This is ugly to fix, it is not difficult, but annoying and time-consuming.

Hm, I see. I is a bit difficult, since there are no raw values I could copy, I have to guess the angle and try and try.
Do you really need one for the single eggsack ?
