IC:
The corridor was in poor shape, in one end there was an open door leading to a staircase spiralling upwards, probably to the corridor Eric found. In the other end, the corridor curved around a corner.

OOC: Anyway, good night folks.

 

[Fussiler1]

Mithran nodded and stood up.

 

[Phoonix]

Eric smiled as the message popped up tough that smile soon faded when he found out he couldn't read it. "what is it now... can anyone read this?"

 

[Gyrosphinx]

Hank started moving for the corridor Eric had found, not really waiting for anyone.

Herthur came over to the screen, then made a confused look. "I don't understand a shit!"

 

[SoLmaster]

"Eve, can you understand that?" I walked down he corridor to its bend.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

"...sorry sir, it is unknown for me too..." Eve replied worriedly.

Jake and Tomas followed you around the bend, the corridor continued to a door. Three skeletons cluttered the corridor.

 

[SoLmaster]

"Ok, thanks. Be on your guard." I examine one of the bodies.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

What seems to be an old, rusted gun of unknown design catches your eye.

 

[SoLmaster]

I pick it up and study it.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

What strikes you the most is the lack of a trigger. The gun seems to lack any form of magazine, but the barrel gives the impression of a Gauss design.

 

[SoLmaster]

I wonder what it is. "Eve can you get a DNA match for these people?" I try focusing some of my will power to see what happens.

 

[Fussiler1]

Mithran quickly followed him, hoping to catch up with Hank.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

"...The DNA code is... different from anything I've ever seen! The skeletons look human, but they surely ain't..." Eve replied surprisedly. As you focus your willpower, The rust on the gun seems to diminish slightly, and an electrical sound emits from the gun.

You catch up with Hank in the corridor. He opens the door in the end and starts decending the staircase.

 

[SoLmaster]

"New alien race? Guys welcome to the remains of a new race." I focus more will power into it.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

"It looks human to me..." Tomas replied, and he and jake came over. Suddenly the gun fired, almost without sound, but the pop of the bullet breaking the soundbarrier could be heard clearly.

 

[SoLmaster]

"Cool. Any one hurt?" I walk over to the door and try to open it.

 

[Phoonix]

OOC: dude.. it broke the F-ing sound barier and you just say "cool" and walk on?

IC: eric ponders in thought for a moment trying to figure out a way to translate this stupid log.

OOC2: if there is no way to translate it just say so now.

 

[SoLmaster]

OOC: He is of the K program. Trained to not fear and never stop.

 

[Phoonix]

OOC: you don't have to fear it, but at least this is special... everyone would be surprised by it training or not... thats a little thing called realism.

 

[SoLmaster]

OOC: K Program turned him into something of machine.

 

[Phoonix]

OOC: so what... he's still human :/

 

[SoLmaster]

OOC: When you meet another of the K program, you would say differently.

OOC: DUDE, i'm telling you there is NOWAY that he wouldn't be surprised by it... the just is NOWAY no matter what training a person undergoes there is NO freaking way...

 

[SoLmaster]

OOC: Well they did remove most of his emotions to replace them by an AI. Why are we even having this.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

Jake stares in awe at the gun, and Tomas drops his jaw in amazement. "Thats fuckin' unbelivable!" He blurts.

"Eric, thats your name right? I suggest we download this log file and translate it later. Then we'll have better time." Herthur came over as he spoke. "The boss and Mike will stay here and guard the place, we can take the hoverboards deeper in and see if we can find any loot."

 

[SoLmaster]

"It a powerful gun. Find any others, I need time to examine this tech." I opened the door.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

The door is jammed, you cannot seem to get it open.

 

[SoLmaster]

"Maybe it's the same tech." Placing my hand on it I focus on it.

 

[Phoonix]

"Ye lets do that" and eric saved the log. "Can someone bring this back to my Jeep, Ill descend to the next level in the meantime." with that he started walking towards the corridor he had opened a few moments ago.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

Nothing, whatsoever, happens. Jake fires up his plasma cutter.

"I'll handle it." Mike says, then takes the computer and exits the room. Herthur takes the hoverboards with hi, and follows Eric.

 

[SoLmaster]

"This race is powerful." Then I though of what eve said. "Eve what else was on that file?"

 

[Gyrosphinx]

"...A lot I did not understand. But I recall something about the "light"..." Eve replied.

 

[SoLmaster]

"Light." That is it. "Eve. Everything here is powered by it. Guys, think I found a way to open these doors." I run up to the terminal and moved the bodies. Sitting down on the chair, I tried to feel the site.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

OOC: You run up the stairs back to the terminal and try what? "Try to moved the bodies" makes no sense!

 

[SoLmaster]

OOC: OPPS fixed it.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

As you channel the light, a terrible pain spreads in your forehead. You fall unconscious.

 

[Fussiler1]

''Hm.. where would the stair lead to..'' he asked himself, following it.

 

[SoLmaster]

I was dreaming.

The stair leads down to a corridor, Jake stands where the corridor bends.

OOC: There is this one thing about Unconsciousness, you aren't conscious, thus cannot direct your thoughts...

OOC: I will fix it.

IC:
An electrical feeling winds through your body, and you are suddenly awake again.

 

[SoLmaster]

I am Khas Mors. I wish to speak to the computer. I was trying to see if that worked.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

Again the stinging pain, but now you're not knocked unconscious.

 

[SoLmaster]

I am Khad Mors. Who is the AI? I repeated it over and over.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

The pain became almost unbearable, and you almost pass out again.

 

[SoLmaster]

Computer: open doors. I focused my will power into this.

 

[Gyrosphinx]

There was no reaction from the terminal. The Pain spreads to your chest and arms and your sight fails.

 

[SoLmaster]

Fine, you win. What do I need to do? I remembered that door and tried to see it open. This pain is great. Eve, Lock my armor.
