Alright, been playing it now and here my thoughts as promised.

This time, I have no full review, instead I'll just give you the notes I made during playing your demo.
I liked the demo and think it can be really good.
You make good use of Blizzard's resources to create a good terrain.
Your story is interesting and has good potential.
General:
- Several grammar issues
- Several music themes playing at the same time
- QWER for abilities - nice!
- Cinematics are skippable - good!
- Disable sleep at night for creeps
- I'd change Maiev's abilities, perhaps in a "dark" way, to make them fit the new evolution of her hatred towards Illidan
- Some camera issues with it going through the wall etc.
Prologue:
- Unit movements aren't smooth
Chapter One:
- Blink is NOT disabled (I would replace the whole ability anyway unless you plan to make a Blink chapter)
- The lever in the south-east can only be used with a ranged unit
- Disable upgrades to hide the unresearched abilities
Chapter Two:
- Change the icon of the first main quest, starting location might fit, but looks weird
- Perhaps make Dark Green train lost units to make defeating them more difficult? (Make an AI perhaps?)
Chapter Three:
- Why is there a flying sheep in Outland?
- Increase the max stack of Zeppelins to 2
- Akama AI is building two additional town halls
- Are the non-player heroes on the map supposed to gain levels?
- Watchers cost too much to be worth it, either make them cheaper or more powerful
- What's with that side quest? I haven't been able to get it
Chapter Four:
- Both the riddles and the fights are a bit too easy
Chapter Five:
- The last interlude didn't start this chapter, it sent me back to the campaign screen instead
- The low hit points of the Avian Warriors makes it hard for them to be really useful
