I dread the possibility of her being elected...
I'd say the same about democrats. I'm not republican, I'm just anti-democrat.~Void~ said:The vast majority are idiots who contradict themselves or believe things that don't make sense.
I feel comfortable with an average person as a VICE-PRESIDENT, since if McCain wins (which nobody is speculating last time I checked) that's what she'd be. Unless McCain keels over, then yea. Too much focus on her instead of McCain though, who's actually running for the presidency.
I hate republicans. I'm not even a democrat, I'm just an anti-republican. The vast majority are idiots who contradict themselves or believe things that don't make sense. I'm sure some democrats are idiots too, but not as many.
Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, be it what you will, Sarah Palin is an idiot regardless.
She's an average person. An average person shouldn't be running for potential president.
It's Alaska. She's definitely an average person, as mentioned by about everyone who's watched her be interviewed/watched the debates.I wouldn't say she's an average person. Her career is exactly what a career of a politician should look like. She started with a small town, then went for a governor, now a vicepresident candidate. An average person doesn't usually govern Alaska.
<-- Republican.
Pity, can't you at least think of something original?

And it's working.
Her recent implications of Obama associating with terrorists has gotten a negative response from all liberals, most moderates, and even some conservatives.
She said Obama associates with terrorists?
Talk about putting a political bullet in your head.
It's not that Americans are stupid or bad at voting, we just have crappy candidates. Our last two elections were 50-50 votes. Indecision of that magnitude is proof enough that the candidates were both crap. (On top of that, Bush was reelected because his opponent quit. Hey, thanks for making half of Americas votes worth nothing. Why don't they give everybody who voted for him a revote?)Pff, they re-elected Bush and you guys are still wondering if they'll elect someone as extremist, stupid and conservative as Mccain / Palin? Seriously, it's already proven that more than 50% of the American voters don't have brains, there's no real point anymore in debating about it.
No, it actually is that we are pretty stupid when it comes to voting. Hardly anyone knows the stance of BOTH candidates. Hell, I'd bargain only 15% of America votes based on actual educated opinions, and that's an optimistic estimate. It's not that Americans are stupid or bad at voting, we just have crappy candidates.
He essentially dropped out because things were looking not in his favor, plus, it was down to the deciding state which was going for GW. While I don't see the point in dropping out, I don't see the point in criticizing Kerry for it.(On top of that, Bush was reelected because his opponent quit. Hey, thanks for making half of Americas votes worth nothing. Why don't they give everybody who voted for him a revote?)
Someone doesn't know how electoral college works D:I'll call it now:
50% for Obama.
49% for McCain.
1% for Ron Paul.
Is this a new revelation for you?...Okay so maybe America doesn't always choose the best guy.
As for McCain and Obama, I'd elect Obama any day. He has great policies to help the middle class and alternate energy plans, and not to mention is quite inspiring in his speeches, and inspiration is something we really need after the past eight years.

There isn't one. It's all a bunch of talk. They are politicians.Do not say anything about the actual person. Say something about the plan.
A politician is a politician. Ron Paul is the only candidate that is different. He's not a politician.Because obviously, all people are different. Even if they follow the same party.
That's not enough. Also, I have my doubts.Mccain and Obama both are good people.
Forgive me for my insolence.A mature person treats them both with respect.
Saying "Sarah Palin is an idiot" is a bit retarded and childish. An idiot couldn't have gotten into the position she is in today.
Anyway, I am not really republican or democratic. But if I was forced to vote, I'd go for Mccain.
People should grow up. And stop being idiots. I HATE it when people say things like "Sarah Palin is ugly!" or something to that extent. No one talks about the real solutions and plans involved. The internet is obviously the worst with this. Go to youtube for instance. Most of the comments are something like "Mccain is a fag!", or "Obama is black! He sucks!". Its just childish and stupid.
Here is a challenge for all the next posters.
1. Do not say anything about the actual person. Say something about the plan.
2. Don't just say "Blah Blah's campaign sucks!". Give valid reasons why. With proof.
3. Stop with the retarded things like "Democrats are stupid!". Because obviously, all people are different. Even if they follow the same party.
PS. And please, don't say anything offensive. Mccain and Obama both are good people. A mature person treats them both with respect. After all, this site is for 14+ people. Not 2+ people. So please, be mature.
