The demo was just to give a visualization for what I was talking about; I don't see a need to re-post it. I just said that so when we got to actually working the fight, I would have an idea on what to do.

By terrain, do you mean like custom tiles, or just a terrain.
If it is a DEMO (for God's sake) you really shouldn't worry about people criticizing your terrain.

Yeah, I do it nearly all the time. I even sign my real name on every post and e-mail. I always try to be careful about signing my real name instead of "Asomath". I’m not the only one who signs though, I know Void occasionally does, as does Craka J

Also just thought of another question!
Will the game just be a bunch of bossfights with cinematics connecting the storyline, or will you play parts inbetween the bossfights to connect the storyline as well?

You are very inquiritive. Are you making you own project aswell?
There will be some real gameplay between bossfights, not just cinematics. I fact, we're probably going to have one more cinematic-only level, which is right before the end-boss, Cse'Tian.
There also is probably going to be a ending/credtis cinematic, but I got a feeling that it might be a fun mini-game as well to keep people from just leaving during the credits, because face it... Credits aren't fun to watch, which is why I like blizzard's credits at the end of Wc3. (No-one even know about this evil plan yet!)

No, I am not currently working on a project but i am trying to learn how to make efficient triggers in GUI.

hmm mini-game might be a better choice and then have a leaderboard or something running through credits, which people can minimize.:grin:

One idea I always dreamed of for a credits, is a tower defence. Each wave is one of the mapmakers, and something that represents them. (I would of had a tauren because of my avatar, but now I got Eddie!)

On another note. I am TRYING to start the first chapter (prelude) but I still have NO idea what Cse'tian looks like when when hi is in his normal form.
Any suggestions?

I thought the prelude only has Cse'tian's voice. Why not just make everything else but leave the Cse'tian model out. (Or just have a dummy model).

Sure! It would be MYSTERIOUS to not see him at all in first chapter.
NOW I just gotta collect a few voices, and get Misha's model for Angus, and the castle model (I can work with outit (By stealing models from the UTM(Ultimate Terraining Map))
I think I FINALLY got Jass in the bag. Now I just gotta learn how to use hashtables, and I'm all set!

HeHe.
Now, if you can, before you have a guy do like 50 speeches, can you get us a few different versions of people who you think would play Angus? He is pretty ,uch the character we will use a LOT, so it would be better to have us jury it, instead of making ALL million sentences at once, =D

I'm not rushing you, so don't go crazy. We're all kinda sleepy on the project right now. Flat is gone alot. I'm gone more. We have an outline for cahpter four, but were not going into detail yet (except for -insert comment-'s and MY (secret) mini-boss (I'm gonna have it sent to Spanky to adjust (It is kinda lame...) after me and Flat edit some of it.)

Ooh were all doing demos! I will prolly do a cultist demo out of sheer boredom.

Also, Asomath, did u check out the boss pm I sent you a while back? Also, I was thinking of adding a new section to certain chapters on the first post. Like: Minibosses, where it will show the list of mini bosses for that chapter. Minibosses will be like bosses that have much fewer phases and are less complicated, but still prove to be bosses. These bosses will also most likely be the targets of quests for good items to help with main bosses. I am also gunna start brainstorming a bit more on the stuff from the chapters, like the Enemy Mobs in a certain chapter, or the type of loot or items a boss may drop. It will be a bit difficult since we really haven't gotten too far on the abilities/stats of our hero, but might as well begin now.
