Problem with newgen

I have a some problem with newgen 5, downloaded from tools section.
First, when I try to click on one of the menu buttons in the UMSWE it says taht plugin is missing.
second, when I click to edit a tooltip in the object editor, there should appear adition window that allows me to edit the tooltip faster with colors. However, it does not.

Also, I think there is some connection that when I tried to also use model editor, downlaoded from tools, there appeared an error that a file is missing, After I found it from the web, another file or whatever was required and that appeared to be .NET framework. Now, I am currently using Windows 10. BEfore on Windows 7 there was no such problems. My .NET framework is the latest, as it is expected to be with the Windows 10 package. Can you help me somehow?

This should be in Warcraft Editing Tools by the way since it involves a problem with a third party tool and not the World Editor.

Having the latest ".NET framework" doesn't mean anything. As far as I know, a program will use a specific .NET framework, and most of them will download it along with the program if you don't have it.

Did you download the newest jasshelper and not just strictly from the tools section? Also, you might want to consider using JNGP 2.0 instead of the one in the tools section. You need to register an account to download it.

Ok, I installed JNGP 2.0. However there seem to be the same problems. When I open and after that close custom ability categories and customize tile pathability it displays unable to start plugin. Then, again, there is no additional window for easier editing of the tooltips in object editor.

Also, there's another problem. When I install any newgen it screws the game and the maps cannot be recognized properly. Maps like DOTA (more importantly). In multiplayer it always requires to be downloaded, and when they're downloaded the game kicks me off the room. Not host, but THE GAME. and that repeats on and on. So I have to switch to another installed WC3 copy.
