I saw that http links were recently replaced in bulk, fixing a lot of image problems, so I figured now was the time to finally request this other link bugfix. I've encountered it from the day I came back to the site a couple months ago, all the way through today.
There are a bunch of links that I guess broke when threads switched over from having like 20 posts per page to 50 or w/e.
I typically encounter this problem with links within a thread (like contained in a top post) that are meant to link to another post later in that same thread; but the problem seems to be with all links from maybe 2019 or earlier. The problem manifests by the link going to the very top of another page probably about 2.5x further than the link intends, often resulting in going "past" the end of the thread and defaulting back to the last page of the thread. Regardless of the page, the links all just end up at the top of some page, not at any specific post that they're intended to link to.
It makes looking through old contest threads particularly grueling, since the links are useless, forcing you to just look through the entire thread for each final entry (which is even harder if entrants' usernames have since changed).
A couple random examples:
Techtree Contest #13: All the Entry links in the table* in this top post just jump to the top of the last page of the thread
Techtree Contest #11: Same
*table is located near the bottom of the top post
This problem exists all throughout the site, not just in contest threads (example below).

This to me looks like something that can be replaced automatically, so it should be an easy and very impactful fix.
