I have an extremely fast metabolism, and am slightly physically active
main reason I'm not fat though is because of my metabolism (i eat a ton, though)

But I do a bit of bodybuilding too, mostly arms and chest, so my weight is going up a bit more these days.

im also training a bit and got a lil bit weight too , actually im >80 kgs now
I should especially train my chest because my arms and the rest is quite ok i think ( yay , i got i little bit of a sixpack :D )

This weekend i was in london . It was really cool and there was great weather :grin:

Many of you males need to cut your hair, seriously long hair is for females.



Besides that, lifting is great fun.
I love working out.
I'm going to start cutting down next month though.
I should be up to 185lbs max by the end of this month.(bulking)
Prolly end around 165-170lbs after cutting.
Get my 6 pack back, and have more defined shoulders and biceps.

It's cultural. That's like telling a Muslim woman to take off her chador or to tell a male to take off their turbans. Or telling a French woman to shave her armpits or a Brit to fix their teeth.(Those were just America's cultural cliches, didn't mean to offend anyone.)

Hence why I said the earlier thing, seeing as I leap into stereotype discussions with that instantly

Anywho, I have short hair. And I make fun of one of my friends for having long hair consistently, telling him to get a haircut. Nothing wrong with having long hair though

I'm just speculating of course, but perhaps there is a connection between fast-metabolism and pc gamers/modders/editors? I dunno. :eekani:

Well acctualy i've been on Workingweek (In dutch its 'Werkweek') or however i am used to say it in english :p but then we just go on a sort of 'Holiday' with some guys of school and 2 teachers and stuff.. we did go with the kano but man! everyday we made travels over 10km everyday o_O .. and it was 4 days long. And now sure i've grown some extra muscles here =/

Btw, you know your muscles grow most in your sleep?

After 4 days? i guess thats not really enough for training :grin:
Damn im training alot and im a late riser ( much sleep) but im still unable to get some muscles :angry:

I can remeber that there are 3 main types of human body ... dont know if that are the right english words but it was : Ektomorph , Mesomorph and Endomorph in german
Ill try to explain these briefly ( hope thats right )

Endomorph has hight percentage of fat and average muscles. Its hard to decrease the weight.

Mesomorph is that you easily can get big muscles but got a bit fat.

Ektomorph persons are thin and got really less body fat and its hard to get muscles.

... :bored: im 100% Ektomorph ... i can eat what i want without increasing my weight and ive got a very low body fat of 5-6% ...
also Im training but i cant see any results...... -.- ( e.g. im training my chest for months... ) ...

Well you r pretty skinny, so if you want to put on muscle, youll have to put on alot of mass.

Eat alot of carbs> pasta, rice, bread etc.
Make sure when you leave the gym or a 'training routine', that you definetly feel worn out, on the particular area you focused, e.g. chest.
If not keep training.

damn im training alot (... 2 day ago i trained and today ... gahh .. got such muscle soreness - every move hurts.. xD especially chest is nasty )
And i dont have underweight or sth ... my BMI is about 21,5 (80kgs/1.93m²)which is normal (arround 18,5 - 25 is normal)...

Maybe i just look that skinny because im tall ... but its funny because thought i look skinny Im quite strong :D And i like my Definition :grin: I have never ever trained my shoulder and i can see nearly every musle of it xD
