I would kill the teacher who wanted me to touch such a thing.. but luckily none would be stupid enough to do so Knowing me. I prefer them fresh, not as old decayed bones.

Hmm the only skulls I've touch were high quality replicas of ancient evolutionary forms.
Felt just like real bones but without any of the mess of preservation. Obviously the originals were too valuable to allow undergraduates to touch though.
