nope! Humans are boring Hellion got tired of humans after they revolted. Plus, he found out that this bird-like race is heavily adept at various forms of magic :3 But they are typically masters of the arcane, or elements. Though, some do go the path of the necromancer. Necromacy isn't forbidden, just disliked due to the use of corpses (can be the fallen allies who died a glorious death in combat just to find out they need to be broken to peices before being free. :/ So, the enemy is used instead)

The group as a whole are just labeled "mages" to make it simpler than "spellcasters"
