Most times Buildings use Portrait Animations. The main purpose is usually to se the Team-Coloring.
I suggest you add another GeoSet with square as basic object, put it behind the model, then add a new Bone this GeoSett is going to use, set up Matrice that will control that Bone (a Matrice number must match the Bone's ObjectId). That add a Camera the wa the behind Portrait square can bee seen. That model should use the Material, that uses Team-Colored glow or similar (ussualy the Replaceble Texture 2 can be used) ... Otherise your Building makes no sense in game, since no one can know who's Player it belonges to.
