Well, the difference is that anime is made in a different way, that pony art style is just like cartoons for 3 year old, and most of anime is quite mature drawn and is better for my eye, because it actually looks like something not completely despicable and not so cute that it makes me puke...

Anyways most people (note most people - this is more ranting about the anime fans in general - I don't dislike anime, I dislike the pre-teen following that expects everyone to take them seriously that constitutes most of the fan base) that'd say that sort of thing would be lying if they said it wasn't about the scantily clad 13 year old asian girls. But seriously this is way offtopic, if you have a problem: no one cares.
