We should not always stick to old technology (like to old warcraft modelling and texture work, we should always consider being up to date) Well, that's my opinion. Nice model btw.
Yeah, I agree. When looking at animations it seems like he's attacking his enemies with some club and not sword. Definitely not sword-ish animations...
you should work on the model's animations a little bit more. his stand animation looks like he's about to topple over. straightening up his legs will fix it up. change his attack animations to a downward slash of his weapon instead of sideways since he has his weapon rested on his shoulder during his stand animations, it must mean its a heavy sort of weapon. walk animation could use some work too, he walks like he has something stuck in between his legs. spell slam looks like he just saw a jumpscare, it should have more "power" into it since its a "spell slam" animation. Death, Spell, channel and attack slam are fine as it is.
the texture could use some more work too. its too bland and pale in my opinion.
