Seven Deadly Sins
Contestants are required to draw four out of seven deadly sins (gluttony, lust, wrath, greed, pride, sloth and envy) - and you can draw them either in the form of abilities, or items. You can draw more than four icons and represent all seven of them, but your overall score will not increase. Note that whichever option you go for, the icons must represent the selected sin in an interesting and creative enough ways.

• Each user can only vote once in the poll. (remove this for a multiple choice poll)
• You cannot vote for yourself. If a voter has the same IP as the author then the vote will not be counted and it may result in the disqualification of the entry.
• You cannot create multiple accounts to vote for an entry in the poll. If a voter has been found to be using multiple accounts none of the voters votes will count in the final result.
• You cannot bribe users for votes. Contestants who break this rule will be disqualified and given negative reputation.

Blizzard Feeling	Icons should be executed in such a manner that they can be implemented in a Warcraft map, compliment other Blizzard icons and replace the existing ones.	10%
Theme	Your icons should represent the aspects of your chosen theme. Variety between your icons is an important condition.	20%
Creativity	The icons' originality and uniqueness are vitally important.	35%
Technical Note	The quality of the icons is the most important thing (throwing a lot of elements in a 64x64 image will usually look crowded)	35%

• 75 % of the winner shall be determined by the contest's appointed judge(s).
• 25 % of the winner shall be determined by the results of a public poll

Inviting your friends to vote for you, bribing random members with rep and otherwise cheating with the VB poll system will get you DISQUALIFIED, BANNED from future contests, -REPPED, and possibly INFRACTED. So don't do it!

This includes, but is not limited to, sending PMs out to various users, getting other people to send those PMs, advertising this contest on other sites with the intention to gain more votes (whether it is explicitly stated or not), and so on. If you are suspected of cheating, the staff will notify you and interrogate you (hopefully) over PMs. <3​

I voted for Edge45, because while MarcosDAB had better (perhaps the best) artistry, I really loved what Edge45 did with making 'birds' his Theme; proud birds, wrathful birds, gluttonous birds, etc.

Hands down Nightmare for quality of his icons , San would be a distant second (the theme is neat but the gluttony and pride(?) could do more work IMO). Rest of the submissions need more work i think!

All you guys did a great job! I find the appeal and the art-direction made by Marcos_Dab super awesome! but I feel like Nightmare was more creative in his overall ideas... voted for him! Liked the rest as well, good job guys once again.

I have a different perception of their about creativity.
I think the icons similar to many other existing. The theme doesn't allow greater variability.

Hard to believe you allowed Archer's entry to be in competition since you will reject it as soon as this contest ends. Not sure how is it possible that none of hosts or judges have not notified Archer about his entry not being defined enough to compete. And after you decided to let it go through to contest you also closed eyes to insulting comments made in here towards his entry. He is obviously a beginner in digital art and you guys should have that on your mind before making stupid comments.

About contest, pretty predictable entry by everyone except Edge and Marcos. In my opinion first place should go to Edge. Even though his final result is relatively average icon art his idea is nice and overall I think he put the most effort. Marcos did a good job however he left out the blizzard feeling. I've seen his other icons and he can do a lot better. Best single icon in contest is Marcos' hand with money.

All in all, half of entries of contest are heavy referencing, many lack creativity, theme itself limited versatility.

I don't see the reason for being so alarmed Murlocologist. He made it barely to the poll, have some faith in us please.
The rest will be reflected into the judging aspect of the contest, which accounts for 75% of the scoring factor of placements. With a very good reason while the poll is a 25% scoring.

I wouldn't be so concerned over someone's entry making in the poll on the basis of not being nearly as good as the other contestants works.

A little harsh but not entirely off-base... I don't know about "immediately rejected" but I wonder at the wisdom of the "all entries must be uploaded to the proper forum" rule in the first place.
