Whenever i want to patch Warcraft III, it always downloads 1.27b. What should i do?

I cannot update to patch 1.28

Try to connect to battle.net in-game. It should install the newest patch. Note that it will take time, took 30min in its entirety for me and I have relatively good bandwidth.
