Impossible to play custom campaigns? Cant patch past 1.27b

So how do I patch past 1.27b? I can't play any custom campaigns through the reforged version of Wc3 via battlenet, so I figured I'd install wc3 manually and patch it but cant get past patch 1.27b because starting with 1.28 the game automatically installs Reforged version.

Help please.
