okay, this is my first tutorial, so Criticism and suggestion always welcome

If you want to make a skin work for 2 model here is the way:
First the tools you need is :
Warcraft 3: TFT Patch 1.24
Warcraft 3 viewer
War3 file converter
Note Pad
The way is:
I. Open up the skin you want to add to the models
II. See readme (if not included search from its download site)
III. See the path
IV. Open up the warcraft 3 viewer
V. Open up the War3 or War3x Mpq
VI. click the search button
VII. paste the path
VIII. double click on the “ *.MDX ” [W/ the quotes] and the portrait model
IX. export it
X. open the war3 file converter
XI. load up the model, convert to .MDL
XII. after that open in Note pad
XIII. seek the bitmap image look at the image
XIV. change to the skins path
for easier way, change to skins name,
Eg :
Skins: chaos
Path:
Chaos.blp
Or
Textures\Filename.blp
After that import it to your map and you done, have fun with the skins! ! ! ! !

I recommended to not change the image path, in meaning, if you have chaostrollgaldiator.blp from hive, then use it like this:
Textures/chaostrollgaldiator.blp
dont use like this:
chaostrollgaldiator.blp = CTG.blp (abbreviation of Chaos Troll Gladiator)

Hope this help, i see the another tutorial and i think that too difficult to understand, dorry if youre the poster of the thread
