Well there's jassbot/doc/BlzIsUnitSelectable now all we need is to find out how to make a specific unit not selectable... I guess it's in their unit object stats?
In the worst case you'd need to use the EVENT_PLAYER_UNIT_SELECTED / EVENT_UNIT_SELECTED and unselect the specific units.
Use another Unit or Destructible to act as it's collision and use triggers to reposition it on top of the target every 0.01 seconds. If you rely on a Unit, you can probably make it unselectable by giving it a "blank" model and some other modified fields.
