How can we tell moderators now?

so, now that anyone can give themselves a title how can we tell whose a moderator and who isnt? are the mods going to start setting their title to "moderator" and its a banable offense to set your title to that if your not a mod or something?

Moderators have a special staff title below their avatar (like I'm administrator).
And we've made it impossible for normal members to set the user title as Moderator and other stuff aswell

You could censor it so people cannot call themselves "admin", "moderator" and such in their usertitles perhaps?

Yup, I have.. You can't use titles such as "admin, mod, administrator, moderator, site director" etc.. if one tries to use one of the censored it will be shown like this:

Admin would become *****
