A low file size, heavily armoured grunt. Edited some animations to make the hammer look heavier while the grunt is holding/swinging it.

Orcs have stubby necks due to their Muscular build.
But the model looks good, I could re-skin it as a Fel orc. It's really useful.

one thing i dislike on this model is that it doesn't look 'heavy enough' aka it doesn't feel changed enough, just a grunt with some doodads, i'd suggest to broaden the theme and give him much more bulkier, armored look
I agree with Misha, and also, from the side view of the orc's bigger shoulderpads, there is no cover to it,
