This map has been based on the Diablo III Gameplay Video. You may even recognise a few of the in-game events if you've seen it! Please remember that this is a beta version, and may still contain bugs. Anyone can host this online, just let me know if you find any major flaws in the game :)

Yeah i've got 1.19b.
Yeah, i didnt get healed a single time during the entire game xD
i guess you saw when i saw "its hard to tank when i never get healed" and "my last life now" and still i did not get healed xD lol
And we had 2.. 2!!! witch doctors xD
Yeah and then you said "Cloudwolf pass me a life fast" or something like that XD

Yeah, i did :p But he never sended it, haha xD
but he did answer, after i died, responding something like "was that your last life?", lol. :p

anyway, this problem with the last boss is not a good thing..
So, your telling me that if you do not attack the boss or get in combat before 10 seconds have passed, the boss just dies?

I cant get past the bit with the door that says "There must be a lever nearby" or something.. one of the first bits.. looked around for ages before stopping D: meh... good game but.

If you look on the minimap, you will see another path to go along :) Keep following it until you start the "Chest Trap" fight :) After this event, the gate opens :p

Make that gate a little more epic, and then make the battlenet gate sound (after login) appear when the gate open (after the chest trap) that way it will be easier for people to figure that a gate of some kind just opened :p

Okay, so i think that this is very well done and all, but i dont think that this map actually deserves that much poinst i would give it about 40/50 since it still contains many bugs and issues that we plan to fix for 1.20.
Im just wondering one thing:

Shouldnt it be calculated into a 5/5 if its above 45 points? Just wondering :p

But like i said, i dont think this map would deserve 47 points anyway, so i would vote 4/5 myself. :)

We said on the forums that we will make the map unprotected in the next version (if everything goes as planed). And almost all resources is here on hiveworkshop anyway, and you are allowed to use them as long as credits is given (atleast the ones that you can get here on THW). =)
But if you want a faster respond, you could always PM cloudwolf :)

If someone else has already addressed this sorry- 240 pages of posts- but I have noticed that generally, drops from bosses seem focused on INT traits mostly and neglect STR and AGI for the Barbarian and Monk. This occurs especially in the outside part of the game.

Bosses drop a random item from a pool :) Each boss has an even chance to drop a caster or a melee item.

Chances are the game you played was just a tad unlucky :S

I am currently implementing InventoryItemSeek, a library that is there to seek, count and/or remove items of a type from the unit inventory.

After that Stacking and Combining will work, so there are again a lot of tests to make, however, I think the progress goes well.

Oh btw, it looks like the system is really getting awesome. I did some tests with 9x clawns of attacks, and until yet everything works just fine.

Sure, when it's released to public. To beta it will take ages I think, but don't think to bad, since I work on it whenever I find time.

What's the matter of screenshots? Until yet its only functionality what I do, such as allowing displaying all spell names of all items of all units with an inventory and such. I might make a short preview trailer for the interested guys.

i cant wait to see and use it ;) (or dont you release it public?)
I do, but like on #1, it will take quite a while.

Within a year of the map's release, hell, even before the start of its development the map, it has become the most downloaded map on the Hiveworkshop!

EDIT: Credit to Blizzard for making such a good game. :D

I reckon its a bit of both :)

People initially download it because of the name, however, its the quality of the game that keeps them interested ;) Just think, if we uploaded a map called "Diablo III" but it turned out to be a map made in 20 minutes, there's just no way we could achieve this download count :)

In other news, we're now the most downloaded map on THW :)

Not such a big deal. After discussing it with you I can say it's a pretty well and versatile system you got there.

Hopefully the transaction to your system will be a smooth one and not a nightmare like the old current was(took 2-3 months). ;P

Very nice map, but the bosses were too easy and the map was too short :)
(or mby we pwned it so hard with friends)
