Hey guys one thing, what will happen to the members who is banned and post unlikely comments. And to the other members who are Banned but asking for help?

I do not understand your first question. The second one, yes, they can.

Their "unlikely" comments will be deleted, as for them still needing help, well too bad for them, it'd be their fault that they got banned in the first place.

Don't triple post. If you want to add something, use the goddamn "Edit" button at the bottom right of your comment.
Also, "plz reply" just guarantees less people will reply.

Trying to fix things is only natural. It is not (entirely) their fault how they are responded to when they try.

It is always possible to attempt to solve things. You can use Staff Contact or contact me directly using email in the "Contact Us" form. I have had many interesting conversations there and I assure you that the tone is always nice there.
Anyway, for banned users. You can find them by looking at profile after profile.
